Wind Speed is simply the speed the wind is blowing, measured in miles per hour.

Based on this data, there appears to be no relationship between a city's latitude and its wind speed on June 25, 2019. It does appear, however, that most cities across the world had a wind speed of 20 mph or less on this date.
