Humidity is measured as a percentage which indicates the relative amount of water vapor in the air. When it is raining, the humidity would be 100%.

Based on this data, there appears to be no relationship between a city's latitude and its humidity on June 25, 2019. It does appear, however, that more cities across the world had a 50% or above humidity on that date.
